Howard Waterfall, President has 15 years development experience in information technology for the Internet, gaming and security industries. As the CTO for Static 2358 Ltd., an Interactive TV content company based in London England and now a wholly owned subsidiary of OpenTV, Howard was responsible for establishing the IT infrastructure and recruiting the IT team responsible for delivering Static's Interactive content, including PlayJam, Static's flagship and highly successful stand alone gaming channel now broadcasting in the UK, France, the Middle East and the US. During his last year at Static, Howard worked in New York City, establishing Static's US operation. Howard was instrumental in securing the first US deployment of PlayJam on the Cablevision cable service. Prior to working at Static, Howard worked in the gaming industry, developing PC based game applications for publishers such as Corel, Hasbro and Sega. Other experience includes the design and development of large-scale database applications and processes for major service based organizations including Canada Post, Bell Sigma and Verifone.
Elizabeth Waterfall, VP Business Development, has 20 years business development and marketing experience in the broadcasting, telecommunications and Internet industries. Liz produced and managed the pilot launch of a satellite-based national commercial distribution service for television broadcasters while working with Telesat Canada as a Senior Market Analyst. The service later became a successful privately owned distribution service. As the Assistant Programming Director, Liz was part of the eight-person launch team for The Family Channel, a national Canadian pay television service that was profitable within its first year of operation. For the past 4 years, Liz has been an independent marketing consultant, most recently developing the US entrance strategy for a British based Interactive Television (iTV) development company.
